Currency

Prices on Ridglo are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD), unless checkout clearly shows another currency.

Accepted payment methods

The payment methods currently available for your location and device are displayed at checkout before you submit the order. Availability can vary by billing country and payment provider.

Payment security

Checkout is provided through Shopify and its supported payment providers. Payment details are encrypted in transit. Ridglo does not receive your complete payment-card number.

Authorization and order confirmation

Your payment method is authorized when you place the order. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. We may contact you if additional order or payment verification is reasonably required to prevent fraud.

Taxes, shipping, and customs

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local processing fees as described in our Shipping Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and timing.
