Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. If your destination is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that address.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Our estimated total delivery times are:

• United States: 7–15 calendar days after the order is placed
• All other available countries and regions: 7–15 calendar days after the order is placed

These estimates include normal order processing time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier disruptions, remote locations, weather, and public holidays may cause delays.

3. Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email it after your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s delivery address, selected carrier and service, and the shipment’s weight and dimensions. We do not offer free shipping. The final cost is shown before payment.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or local processing fees. Unless checkout states that these charges are included, they are the recipient’s responsibility.

6. Address Changes and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you need an address change; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing. Reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, the order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or the package arrives damaged, email ridgloofficial@gmail.com with your order number. For damage, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the packaging, product, and shipping label. We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution under our Refund Policy.
